About

This course consists of four modules, which you can access in your own time and at a pace that suits you. Each module includes 30 minutes of learning and activities that aim to help you better understand the relationship between mental health and HIV. The course is evidence informed and based on psycho-educational and cognitive behavioural principles. Modules include information on mental health and HIV, contextually relevant scenarios and practical skills to maintain good mental health. It also includes resources that you can access for more information on mental health and HIV or to help you find support when you need it.  

Complete all modules and submit your feedback through our survey and you will receive a certificate of completion in your inbox!

Module 1: Understanding the link between mental health and HIV

Module 2: Stress and HIV

Module 3: HIV, self-harming behaviour, alcohol and substance use

Module 4: Depression and anxiety and HIV
