Addressing HIV in Indigenous populations: Challenges, progress and paths forward

This webinar explores the global Indigenous experience and its intersections with HIV through a presentation on shared histories and colonization, followed by a panel discussion. Topics include factors increasing HIV vulnerability, integrating traditional and conventional medicine, unique barriers for LGBTIQ+ Indigenous peoples, and principles for inclusive, indigenous-led research. The session aims to inspire culturally responsive solutions and strengthen Indigenous leadership in the HIV response.
