As HIV programmes navigate changing funding landscapes and increasing pressure to maximize impact with limited resources, ongoing evidence-informed prioritization has become more important than ever.
Building on discussions from AIDS 2026, the 26th International AIDS Conference, this webinar will bring together representatives from ministries of health, civil society and technical partners to explore practical, iterative approaches to HIV programme prioritization in resource-constrained settings. Speakers will share country experiences and discuss how decision-support tools such as TIER-Plus can help guide transparent, repeatable prioritization cycles, enabling programmes to revisit trade-offs, adjust evidence-informed plans, and allocate resources more effectively over time.
The webinar was jointly organized by IAS – the International AIDS Society, ICAP-CQUIN at Columbia University, and the South-to-South Learning Network (SSLN). The recording is also available in French and Portuguese.
