She specializes in emotional and behavioral regulation, trauma-informed practices, and conscious leadership. Martine is the co-founder of Mind Health Connect Belize, a not-for-profit organization, and works in private practice. As a consultant, facilitator, and business owner, she integrates evidence-based approaches with practical, experiential learning to help people build self-awareness, resilience, and healthier relationships.
