Latt Thiri Aung is the Secretariat Coordinator at the Southeast Asia Harm Reduction Association (AHRA), where she leads regional coordination, communication, and policy advocacy efforts to strengthen harm reduction services across Southeast Asia. With over nine years of experience in capacity building, training program management, and strategic communication across INGOs and development organizations, she has worked extensively with community-based groups, civil society networks, and policymakers. Prior to joining AHRA, she held training and communication roles with Médecins du Monde, WorldFish, and the Luxembourg Development Cooperation Agency. She holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Law, and is committed to advancing evidence-based, rights-centered harm reduction policies in the region.
