Navigating post‑Global Fund sustainability: Lessons from a country transition experience

Oxana Buzovici is a public health and social services professional from the Republic of Moldova, with over 20 years of experience working alongside vulnerable communities. Her work focuses on HIV prevention, harm reduction, and strengthening access to social and health services for key populations, women, and youth. She is particularly passionate about empowering communities to actively shape the services they receive. Since 2017, she has supported the development of Moldova’s specialised paralegal network, improving access to justice for marginalized groups. Oxana is also a national trainer and co-developer of the FORMARE.MD platform, promoting inclusive, rights-based approaches in community development
