Lizet Aldana is the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the National AIDS Commission and a consultant in organizational development, strategic communication and human rights advocate. She is dedicated to strengthening communities by empowering people to know and claim their human rights. Through creative facilitation, tailored communication, and advocacy rooted in ethics, Ms. Liz builds partnerships that inspire collaboration and drive meaningful change. Her work bridges technical expertise with a passion for social justice, ensuring organizations and communities thrive with clarity, purpose, and dignity.

Jaheem Middleton is a student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Natural Resource Management at the University of Belize. They serve as president of their environmental club and as a peer navigator with GoJoven Belize, with a strong passion for youth advocacy and environmental issues.

Dr. Mariana Ancona is a senior medical officer with 21 years of experience in general medicine. She worked at Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital from 2007 through 2013. Since then, she has been working as a medical officer at Matron Roberts Polyclinic and became the medical coordinator in 2022. She has been an ally in the fight against HIV and is of the firm belief that HIV can be conquered in Belize!

Raheema Hafiya, a SJCJC student majoring in criminal justice with aspirations of being the minister of foreign affairs, with her social personality and brilliant communication skills, her public speaking is exceptional. Her brazen personality has given her many opportunities, from panel discussions to nation wide interviews, her potential is promising. Hafiya, graduated with honor from Anglican Cathedral College, where she was student ambassador and often sent as their representative to many occasions.

Ferdy Ivan Cabb is a social specialist and psychologist with more than 15 years of experience supporting public health and development initiatives in Belize and the wider region. He has worked closely with government, civil society, and international partners on programs in health systems strengthening, social safeguards, and program implementation. Also as a freelance consultant, Ferdy brings expertise in stakeholder engagement, mental health, and the design and implementation of community-led initiatives, providing practical solutions to complex challenges. His work integrates behavioral insights with data-driven approaches to improve outcomes and reach underserved populations. Ferdy has played a key role in advancing the national HIV response, supporting community-centered strategies that enhance prevention, care, treatment, and sustainable impact.
