In this second meeting of the Person-Centred Care (PCC) Research Collaborative, participants explored the latest evidence on assessment tools developed to measure and evaluate PCC approaches. Being able to demonstrate clearly the positive impact of person-centred care approaches remains crucial to advocate for the centrality of person-centred care in the HIV response. Five presenters shared their experiences which sparked a lively discussion and created new connections for collaboration. The identified implementation challenges include ensuring that staff leading change programmes receive strong support from senior management and regional policymakers. This support is essential for allocating sufficient time and mental capacity to drive these changes effectively. Additionally, addressing systemic issues requires a more coordinated approach beyond the direct control of the service delivery system itself.
